Tim Hortons in Westover, WV is seeking a friendly Restaurant Front Team Member to deliver an exceptional guest experience through warm, attentive service and product knowledge. You will manage front counter and drive-thru orders with accuracy and speed, following the Always Fresh procedures and ensuring every guest leaves satisfied.

You will maintain a clean dining area, stock supplies, follow sanitation guidelines, and assist with opening or closing duties.

Responsibilities

• Provides outstanding guest service with a friendly attitude and strong product knowledge.
• Follows Always Fresh procedure to ensure coffee and products are fresh and accurate.
• Delivers prompt and warm greetings at front counter and drive-thru within a few seconds.
• Maintains the front counter and drive-thru area, keeping it clean, organized, and stocked.
• Follows sanitation guidelines and health and safety procedures at all times.
