Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Actively identify and resolve unsafe conditions and situations.
• Prevent theft through active presence and engagement with customers.
• Respond to alerts to check receipts, recover unpaid merchandise, and resolve alarms.
• Document and communicate theft, safety, and incident details.
• Maintain customer safety and de-escalate conflicts when needed.
