• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for greeting customers and engaging with associates.

Responsibilities

• Monitor entrances and high-risk areas to deter theft and ensure safety.
• Greet customers and associates with a confident, friendly greeting.
• Report theft incidents or suspicious activity to the Manager on Duty.
• Support store leadership with shortage reduction initiatives and training.
