Hyatt Regency San Francisco is seeking a professional, service-focused Door Attendant Reliever to join our Front Office team. This hourly role covers shifts, breaks, and relief assignments, ensuring a welcoming entrance and smooth guest flow.

The ideal candidate is dependable, courteous, and comfortable in a busy urban hotel setting. With a mult-million dollar renovation, the Embarcadero Center location offers modern guest rooms and superb amenities near San Francisco Bay.

Qualifications

• Previous hotel, door attendant, bell, valet, or guest service experience preferred.
• Strong guest service and communication skills.
• Professional appearance and warm hospitality presence.
• Ability to work outdoors and remain attentive in varying weather conditions.

Responsabilités

• Provide relief coverage for Door Attendants during breaks, lunches, and other assignments.
• Welcome guests warmly upon arrival and bid farewell on departure.
• Open doors for guests, visitors, and colleagues as assigned.
• Assist with guest arrival and departure flow at the front entrance and drive.
• Direct guests to appropriate hotel colleagues for assistance.
• Assist guests with taxis, rideshare, and valet coordination.
• Maintain awareness of traffic flow, entrance conditions, and safety.
