Job summary

Hyatt Regency San Francisco Airport is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper/Room Attendant to ensure our guest rooms are clean, comfortable, and welcoming from arrival to departure.

You will clean and service rooms, restock amenities, and adhere to safety and sanitation guidelines while delivering attentive guest service. This role requires physical stamina and the ability to stand and move for long periods, with flexibility for mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Prior hotel housekeeping experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to understand and follow instructions and procedures.
• Open availability including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, in accordance with operational needs.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks.
• Must be able to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 25–35 pounds.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and reach for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Clean and service guest rooms as assigned, including bed making, bathroom cleaning, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing amenities.
• Ensure rooms meet established cleanliness and quality standards.
• Follow all safety, sanitation, and health guidelines.
• Properly use and maintain cleaning equipment and supplies.
• Report maintenance issues, damaged items, or safety concerns to leadership.
• Respond professionally to guest requests within the scope of the position.
• Complete assigned work within required productivity standards.
