Hyatt Regency San Francisco is seeking a professional, service-focused Door Attendant Reliever to join our Front Office team. You will cover scheduled shifts, breaks, lunches, and other relief assignments to ensure a welcoming entrance and smooth guest flow.

The ideal candidate is dependable, courteous, and comfortable in a busy urban hotel environment, with strong guest service and communication skills and a professional appearance.

Qualifications

• Previous hotel, door attendant, bell, valet, guest service, or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong guest service and communication skills.
• Professional appearance and warm hospitality presence.

Responsibilities

• Provide relief coverage for Door Attendants during breaks, lunches, and other shifts.
• Welcome guests on arrival and bid farewell on departure.
• Open doors for guests, visitors, and colleagues.
• Assist with guest arrival/departure flow at front drive.
• Direct guests to appropriate hotel staff for assistance.
• Assist guests with taxis, rideshare, and transportation coordination.
• Maintain clean, welcoming front drive and entrance areas.
• Monitor front entrance for safety and service opportunities.
• Communicate guest needs and issues to the appropriate department.
• Work with bell attendants, valet, front desk, concierge, and security.
