Total Wine & More in Raleigh, NC is seeking a front-end team member to process transactions, greet customers, and promote loyalty programs. The role may also involve as-needed sales associate or merchandiser duties while maintaining a clean, compliant store environment. Training on wine, spirits, and beer is provided.

Both part-time and full-time opportunities exist; flexible scheduling including evenings and weekends is expected. Prior retail POS experience is beneficial.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1–3 years of retail experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Greet customers and provide personalized service.
• Promote loyalty program and answer inquiries.
• Maintain safety and store cleanliness; follow alcohol sale rules.
• Stock and merchandise as needed and complete cross-functional duties.
