Total Wine & More is seeking a Front End Team Member (Cashier) in Raleigh to deliver fast, friendly service at the register and across the store. You will process transactions, answer questions, and promote our loyalty program while staying informed about current promotions.

You'll participate in product training for wine, spirits, and beer and help maintain clean, safe store conditions. This role supports flexible schedules including evenings and weekends and provides comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1–3 years of work experience, 1+ years in retail preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.

Responsibilities

• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including ID verification and bagging.
• Deliver friendly service, greet customers, and build relationships.
• Participate in wine, spirits, and beer training to build product knowledge.
• Maintain awareness of ads, promotions, and loyalty programs.
• Maintain store safety and cleanliness and comply with alcohol sale laws.
• Handle cross-functional duties as needed.
