Job summary

Total Wine & More is seeking a Front End Team Member to process transactions, assist customers, and uphold store standards. You will engage customers, learn product knowledge on wine, spirits, and beer, and support promotions and loyalty programs.

The role requires 1–3 years of retail experience, POS familiarity, and the ability to work evenings and weekends. Compensation aligns with market and benefits support is provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1–3 years of work experience; retail experience preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including ID verification and payment handling.
• Provide friendly, personalized service and promote store loyalty programs.
• Assist customers with product knowledge and store promotions.
• Maintain store safety, cleanliness, and adherence to alcohol sale regulations.
