The FeTL will recruit, coach and develop associates, assign daily tasks, monitor performance, and collaborate with the Store Team Leader to meet financial and operational goals. This role emphasizes service, asset protection and store maintenance to uphold Ollie’s core standards.

Qualifications

• Team leadership and coaching experience in retail.
• Strong customer service orientation and communication ability.
• Proven ability to manage time and priorities in a fast-paced store.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English clearly.
• Excellent interpersonal and listening skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Team Leader with payroll budgets, expenses, store banking, shrink reduction, and related reports.
• Ensure store standards and company programs meet operational expectations.
• Maintain front-end, entrance, and exterior areas in good condition.
• Provide daily tasks and guidance to Associates to maximize productivity.
• Organize and maintain office areas and support merchandising initiatives.
• Lead monthly safety meetings and implement action items from reviews.
• Ensure customer service standards meet company expectations.
• Complete price changes as required by the company.
• Assist with coaching, training, and scheduling of store Associates.
• Execute Team Leader duties to open/close the store when needed.
• Support donation programs and Ollie’s Army membership.
