Job summary

Sam's West, Inc. is seeking a part-time Retail Associate to help supervise the front-end and support member services at our Moore, OK location. You will assist with duties such as operating front-end equipment, handling transactions, and providing friendly customer service.

The role emphasizes teamwork, adherence to policies, and contributing to membership sales and store operations while maintaining a safe and clean environment for guests and associates alike.

Qualifications

• 6 months retail experience including operating front-end equipment (cash register) and 6 months customer service experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Assist management with supervision of associates in assigned area.
• Provide direction and guidance to associates on member service approaches and techniques.
• Promote membership and core Walmart/Sam's Club products and services.
