Job summary

Qualifications

• 6 months retail experience including operating front-end equipment and 6 months customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist management with supervising associates by assigning duties and guiding performance.
• Provide direction and guidance on member service approaches and techniques to resolve member complaints per company guidelines.
• Support recruiting, hiring, scheduling, coaching and evaluating associates to meet business goals.
• Process memberships, upgrades and credit accounts and promote membership renewals.
