Job summary

Qualifications

• 6 months retail experience including operating front-end equipment.
• 6 months customer service experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Assist management with supervising associates and assigning duties.
• Provide direction and coaching to associates on member service approaches.
• Process memberships, upgrades and credit accounts; support membership goals.
• Assist members with purchasing decisions, self-checkout, and transactions.
• Oversee area organization, merchandise availability, and cleanliness; support pickup orders.
