Job summary

Walmart Inc. in Bloomington, IN is seeking a front-end supervisor to assist management in guiding associates, setting goals, and providing feedback.

You will train staff, promote member services, process memberships and credit accounts, and support sales events while ensuring policy compliance and strong customer engagement. You will also handle transactions, assist with merchandising, and maintain store cleanliness.

Qualifications

• 6 months retail experience including operating front-end equipment (cash register) and 6 months customer service experience
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Experience leading a front-end team and supervising workload preferred

Responsibilities

• Assist management with supervising associates in assigned area
• Train associates on processes and procedures and provide feedback
• Support membership information, enrollments, upgrades, and renewals
• Handle member transactions and assist with purchases and self-checkout
• Oversee area operations, perform merchandising, and maintain cleanliness
• Assist with accounting records and cash handling procedures
• Promote Open Door Policy and uphold ethics and integrity standards
