Qualifications

• 6 months retail experience including operating front-end equipment (cash register)
• 6 months customer service experience
• Must be 18 years of age or older

Responsibilities

• Assist management with supervising associates, assigning duties, training, and guiding on member service approaches
• Provide information on membership types, programs, and benefits; process memberships, upgrades, and credit accounts
• Handle member purchases, assist with self-checkout, and ensure club pickup orders are filled
• Oversee area operations including merchandising, shrink control, cash handling, and daily deposits
• Develop and implement processes to meet business needs, ensure policy compliance, and support Open Door Policy
