• Guides members on self-service technology and processes purchases, returns, refunds, and exchanges.
• Ensures safety, security, and compliance with company policies in daily operations.
• Trains other Frontline Services associates on processes and tools.
• Keeps paperwork and logs up to date and handles merchandise organization.
