Job summary

Sam's Club in Sanford, FL is seeking a full-time associate to support supervision of front-end operations and member service. You will assign duties, train staff, and help drive member satisfaction in a fast-paced retail club.

You will process memberships and credit accounts, assist customers with purchases and self-checkout, handle returns, and help keep the club clean and merchandised. You’ll collaborate with management to meet goals and uphold company standards.

Qualifications

• 6 months retail experience including operating front-end equipment (cash register)
• 6 months customer service experience
• Must be 18 years of age or older

Responsibilities

• Assist management with supervision of associates in assigned area, assigning duties, and providing feedback.
• Train associates on processes and procedures and communicate goals to ensure quality service.
• Provide member services: information on memberships, processing memberships/upgrades/credit accounts, and promoting benefits.
