Qualifications

• 6 months retail experience including operating front-end equipment (cash register) and 6 months customer service experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Supervise associates in assigned area by assigning duties and providing guidance on member service approaches.
• Communicate and support membership by processing memberships, upgrades, and explaining benefits to members.
• Assist members with purchases, locate merchandise, and support self-checkout transactions.
• Oversee area operations including checkout zones, merchandise organization, and cash handling following company policies.
