Job summary

The Save Mart Companies is recruiting for a Key Carrier Specialist in Davis, CA. You will supervise front-end staff, ensure excellent customer service, and manage front-end operations in the absence of store management.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma (or GED) or equivalent experience.
• At least 6 months of grocery/retail experience.
• Available for varied retail hours and ability to lift up to 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and supervise front-end staff.
• Manage front-end performance, tills, and compliance.
• Lead Clerks and Clerks’ Helpers with accountability.
• Maintain front-end and parking lot conditions.
• Perform store balancing and basic front-end duties.
• Assist during absence of store management.
