Ollie's Bargain Outlet, Inc. is seeking a Retail Front End Team Leader to guide the store's front-end operations and lead a customer‑facing sales team focused on delivering a great shopping experience.

The role includes staff development, scheduling, payroll support, and ensuring pricing accuracy while maintaining safety and customer service standards. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1–2 years of supervisory experience with a mid- to large-size retailer preferred.
• Must be flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee front-end, entrance, and exterior standards while driving associate productivity and customer service.
• Assist with payroll budgets, expenses, store banking, shrink reduction, and related reporting.
• Lead donation programs and Ollie's Army sign-up and membership.
• Lead monthly safety meetings and ensure follow-up actions are completed.
• Assist with hiring, development, supervision, and scheduling of store associates.
• Support merchandising execution and price updates as required.
• Perform Team Leader duties to open/close the store and handle additional responsibilities.
