Ollie's Bargain Outlet, Inc. is seeking a Retail Front End Team Leader to guide the entire front-end operation, build a passionate sales team, and ensure a positive customer experience.

You will manage associate development, customer service, asset protection and store maintenance. Responsibilities include overseeing front-end and exterior standards, payroll-related duties, donning leadership with donation programs, and leading safety meetings.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1-2 years of supervisory experience with a mid- to large-size retailer.
• Ability to supervise and develop front-end associates.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee front-end, entrance, and exterior standards while driving associate productivity, daily task assignment, and customer service standards.
• Assist with payroll budgets, expenses, store banking, shrink reduction, and related reporting.
• Lead hiring, development, supervision, and scheduling of store associates.
• Support pricing updates and merchandising execution.
• Open and close the store and perform other duties as assigned.
