Sprouts Farmers Market is seeking a Head Cashier to supervise a team of cashiers and assist with store operations in a fast-paced environment. You will lead by example, ensure exceptional customer service, and help train new cashiers.

The role requires 18+ with a HS diploma or GED and 1–2 years cashiering experience, plus leadership training. Flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays is important to meet business needs.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 with a high school diploma or GED and 1–2 years of recent cashiering experience plus leadership training.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Outgoing, friendly, professional demeanor and ability to model positive behavior.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of cashiers and assist with store operations.
• Provide direction and support to Cashiers and Courtesy Clerks.
• Assist with customer issues at the register.
• Schedule and oversee meal and rest breaks per policy and state requirements.
• Assist in hiring and training new cashiers and address disciplinary actions.
• Maintain security by monitoring exits and cleanliness in facilities.
