Ollie’s Bargain Outlet in Lawton, OK is seeking a Retail Front End Team Leader to oversee the store’s front-end operations, lead a sales team, and ensure excellent customer service. You’ll manage daily tasks, payroll-related activities, and asset protection while maintaining store standards.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, 1–2 years of supervisory experience, flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays, and a positive, team-first attitude.

Responsibilities

• Oversee front-end, entrance, and exterior standards while driving associate productivity and customer service.
• Assist with payroll budgets, expenses, store banking, shrink reduction, and related reporting.
• Lead donation programs and Ollie’s Army sign-up and membership.
• Lead monthly safety meetings and follow up on actions.
• Assist with hiring, development, supervision, and scheduling of store associates.
