Job summary

Responsibilities

• Oversees a team of Associates at front of store ensuring prompt, courteous customer service and promotion of loyalty programs.
• Assigns registers and coordinates breaks for Associates; supports POS coverage as needed.
• Addresses customer concerns promptly and maintains a positive store experience.
• Trains and coaches Associates on front end principles and personalizing the customer experience.
• Promotes safety, ethical conduct, and adherence to labor laws and policies.
