Job summary

Wegmans in Leesburg, VA seeks entry-level leaders to coordinate and troubleshoot daily activities of customer service staff while participating in store management duties and projects. Qualifications

• Basic computer skills for checkout and store operations.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage store operations between daytime and nighttime hours, acting as key leader and liaison among teams and departments.
• Partner with department management to prioritize tasks and ensure Front End/customer checkout runs efficiently.
• Manage performance of a team of Customer Service employees, providing resources, training, and feedback.
• Provide Incredible Customer Service to customers and employees, promoting Wegmans values and standards.
• React quickly to situations with store leadership to solve operational challenges.
• Lead special projects to enhance the company culture across the store.
