Job summary

Wegmans in Sterling, VA seeks entry-level leaders to collaborate, lead, and contribute daily. You will coordinate and troubleshoot daily activities of customer service staff while participating in store management duties and special projects.

You'll lead a team of customer service associates, ensuring they have tools and training to succeed, with a fast-paced environment and weekly varied hours, including day and night shifts, to support store operations and customer service excellence.

Qualifications
