Job summary

Fred Meyer, Inc. is seeking a Front-end Supervisor to contribute to an outstanding customer experience and maintain safe, clean store conditions.

You will support the department manager in achieving sales and profit goals and supervise all Front-end activities to deliver top-notch service. In this role, you will help with staffing, scheduling, budgeting, and adherence to safety guidelines while promoting teamwork and a positive, customer-focused culture across the department.

Qualifications

• Retail or Customer Service experience required.
• Strong communication abilities and ability to work under pressure.
• Ability to perform basic math and handle cash procedures.
