Raley's in Phoenix, AZ is seeking an entry-level Customer Service Team Lead to assist the Store Team Lead and front-end staff in day-to-day operations, ensuring a fast, accurate checkout and an outstanding shopping experience for customers.

You will lead by example, train new team members, enforce safety and store policies, and collaborate with cashiers and courtesy clerks to maintain professionalism, productivity, and top-tier service.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age. Must be 21 years of age for any position that serves alcohol.

Responsibilities

• Directing all operations on the front end of the grocery store.
• Operating a cash register and manning the store's customer service counter.
• Directing front-end operations and ensuring team professionalism, productivity and outstanding customer service.
• Training and coaching new team members and serving as a role model for the department.
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety policies and store rules.
