Job summary

Jimmy Jazz is seeking a Front End Assistant Manager to support the Front End Manager in scheduling, training, and policy development at the Corvallis store. The role emphasizes customer service excellence and FE staff leadership.

Responsibilities include assisting with FE supervision, policy maintenance, and ensuring compliance with FE operations while coordinating with other departments. The position requires strong organizational and communication skills and the ability to lift 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years supervisory experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Must be of legal age to sell alcohol (18 years).
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Experience with front-end POS operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist FEM in supervising FE staff and scheduling.
• Train department staff and cashiers from other departments.
• Develop and refine FE policies and procedures.
• Implement new programs and collaborate with Marketing and IT.
• Ensure FE compliance with Oregon laws and regulations.
• Maintain FE equipment and assist troubleshooting as needed.
• Coordinate ordering of office and store supplies.
