Sprouts Farmers Market is seeking a Head Cashier to lead a fast-paced front-end team and model exemplary service in a busy store.

You will mentor cashiers, oversee register operations, assist customers with questions at the point of sale, and help maintain a friendly, efficient checkout experience.

This role requires a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends and holidays, with opportunities for growth within a values-driven organization.

Formación

• Must be 18+ with a high school diploma or GED and 1-2 years of cashiering experience with leadership training.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Outgoing, friendly behavior and positive attitude; able to act as a role model.
• Ability to operate front-end equipment; cash handling and math skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and mentor cashiers; provide direction at registers.
• Assist with customer service issues at the register.
• Schedule shifts and oversee meal and rest breaks per policy.
• Help hire and train new cashiers; address disciplinary actions.
• Ensure cleanliness and loss prevention through monitoring exits and equipment.
