Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma (or GED) or equivalent experience.
• One year of grocery/retail experience with at least 6 months in the role.
• Minimum age 18 years.

Aufgaben

• Provide customers with a remarkable shopping experience by training and holding staff accountable for excellent service.
• Direct front-end performance and cash handling accuracy, including tills and compliance metrics.
• Lead Clerks and Clerks' Helpers to achieve store performance targets and balance the books.
• Maintain front-end and parking lot conditions, including carts, floors, and cleanliness.
• Perform front-end management tasks such as refunds, loans/pick-ups, and check authorizations.
• Monitor customer experience and, when needed, operate store in absence of management.
