Job summary

PAQ, Inc. is seeking a Person in Charge to supervise the Front End team at our Fairfield, CA location. You will assign duties, monitor cash handling, and ensure a friendly, efficient checkout experience for customers.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of supervisory retail experience, knowledge of store policies, and strong communication skills. This is a full-time position with weekend availability and competitive pay.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Over two years of relief manager experience preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Retail experience is a plus.
• Supervisory experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assign duties to combo clerks and schedule shifts.
• Assist in customer issue resolution and returns processing.
• Operate POS systems and handle cash accurately.
• Open and close department per procedures and prepare daily reports.
• Train new team members and coach staff.
• Support Front End Manager and monitor performance.
