Burlington Stores in Fort Myers is seeking a Full-Time Customer Service Supervisor to join our store leadership team. This role focuses on supervising store functions, coaching staff, and driving sales while maintaining exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in off-price, big box, or specialty retail.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Ability to work a full-time schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all store functions and associates as Manager on Duty.
• Train, develop, and coach direct reports to maximize sales.
• Promote safety by adhering to company guidelines and ensuring compliance.
• Foster a diverse, collaborative culture and strong teamwork.
• Address issues promptly and supervise front-end operations for exceptional service.
• Assist in recruiting and onboarding new associates.
• Coordinate workload planning and community relations activities.
