Burlington Stores is seeking a Full-Time Customer Service Supervisor / Selling Floor Supervisor to lead store front-end operations in Bessemer, AL. You will supervise associates, drive sales, and ensure excellent customer service while maintaining safety and adherence to company policies.

The role requires 1+ year of supervisory experience in off-price or big-box retail, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work a full-time schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualificações

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in an off-price, big box, or specialty environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a positive and engaging attitude.
• Ability to work a full-time schedule including nights, weekends and holidays as required.
• Ability to move/lift/move merchandise weighing 40 lbs. or more and stand/walk for extended periods.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise all store functions and associates as Manager on Duty.
• Train, coach, and develop direct reports to maximize sales results.
• Promote safety and adhere to company guidelines for customers and associates.
