Burlington Stores is seeking a Full-Time Customer Service Supervisor or Selling Floor Supervisor to join our store leadership team in Chesterfield, MO. You will supervise operations, train staff, and drive sales while maintaining top-notch customer service.

You’ll work with Store Management in Merchandising, Operations, and Human Resources, promoting safety, teamwork, and growth opportunities within a fast-paced, off-price retail environment. Competitive pay and benefits offered.

Qualifikationen

• 1+ year of supervisory experience in a retail off-price or big box environment.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills with a positive attitude.
• Willingness to work a full-time schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to move or lift merchandise weighing up to 40 lbs. and stand for extended periods.

Aufgaben

• Supervise all store functions and associates as Manager on Duty.
• Maximize sales results through training, coaching, and development of direct reports.
• Promote safety for customers and associates by following company guidelines.
• Cultivate a diverse culture based on teamwork and collaboration.
• Reinforce asset protection strategies to prevent shortages and assist in recruiting and onboarding new staff.
• Participate in weekly workload planning meetings and support community relations programs.
