Job summary

Burlington Stores, Inc. in Ferguson, MO is seeking a Full-Time Customer Service Supervisor or Selling Floor Supervisor to lead front-end operations and develop a strong team.

You will supervise store functions, coach associates, ensure safety, and deliver exceptional customer service while driving sales and partnering with store management. Base pay is $17–$19 per hour, with benefits and growth opportunities available.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in off-price, big box, or a specialty environment.
• Ability to work a full-time schedule including nights, weekends and holidays as required.
• Ability to move/handle/lift store merchandise weighing 40 lbs. or more, and to stand/walk for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all store functions and associates while in the role of Manager on Duty.
• Maximize sales results through training, developing, and coaching of direct reports.
• Promote safety for both customers and associates by adhering to company guidelines.
• Cultivate a diverse culture based on teamwork and collaboration.
• Address issues/concerns, supervise front-end operations, and ensure exceptional customer service.
• Reinforce Asset Protection strategies to prevent shortages.
• Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new associates.
• Participate in weekly workload planning meetings.
• Support community relations through company programs and partnerships.
• Coordinate meal and break periods and monitor schedule adherence.
