Burlington Stores, Inc. is seeking a Full-Time Customer Service Supervisor or Selling Floor Supervisor to join our store leadership team in McAllen.

You will supervise front-end operations, train and coach associates, and drive sales while ensuring exceptional customer service. This role requires a proven leader who can recruit, onboard, and coordinate with store management on merchandising, human resources, and operations.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in a retail/big-box environment.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Ability to work a full-time schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all store functions and associates as Manager on Duty.
• Maximize sales through training, coaching, and development of direct reports.
• Promote safety and adhere to company guidelines for customers and associates.
• Cultivate a diverse culture based on teamwork and collaboration.
• Participate in weekly workload planning and assist in recruiting and onboarding.
