Job summary

Burlington Stores, Inc. is hiring for a Full-Time Customer Service Supervisor and a Full-Time Selling Floor Supervisor to join the store leadership team in Brownsville, TX.

As a Retail Front End Supervisor, you will guide merchandising, customer service, operations, and human resources while building a strong, collaborative team. Responsibilities include supervising store functions, coaching staff, promoting safety, and driving sales.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in off-price, big-box, or specialty retail.
• Ability to work a full-time schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Strong interpersonal and coaching skills for direct reports and peers.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all store functions and associates as Manager on Duty
• Maximize sales through training, development, and coaching of staff
• Promote safety and adhere to company guidelines
• Cultivate a diverse, collaborative culture
• Resolve issues while maintaining exceptional customer service
• Assist in recruiting and onboarding new associates
• Participate in weekly workload planning and community initiatives
