Job summary

Burlington Stores is seeking a Full-Time Customer Service Supervisor or Selling Floor Supervisor to join our store leadership team. The role involves supervising front-end operations, merchandising coordination, and delivering exceptional customer service.

The position requires at least 1 year of supervisory experience and offers growth opportunities with flexible hours and competitive pay. Base pay ranges publicly from $14.00 to $16.00 per hour and eligible benefits accompany full-time

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in an off-price, big box, or specialty environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a positive and engaging attitude.
• Ability to work a full-time schedule including nights, weekends and holidays as required.
• Ability to move/handle/lift store merchandise weighing 40 lbs. or more, and stand/walk for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all store functions and associates as Manager on Duty.
• Maximize sales through training, development, and coaching of direct reports.
• Promote safety for customers and associates by following company guidelines.
• Cultivate a diverse culture based on teamwork and collaboration.
• Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new associates.
