Job summary

Burlington Stores is seeking a Full-Time Customer Service Supervisor or Selling Floor Supervisor to join our store leadership team. You’ll work closely with Store Management in merchandising, customer service, operations, and human resources to drive results.

The role requires at least 1 year of supervisory experience in a retail setting, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work a full-time schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Ability to supervise front-end operations and promote customer service excellence.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all store functions and associates while on duty as Manager on Duty.
• Maximize sales through training, coaching, and development of direct reports.
• Promote safety and adhere to company guidelines for customers and associates.
• Recruit, interview, and onboard new associates; participate in workload planning.
• Coordinate community relations activities and ensure exceptional customer service.
