Job summary

You will be part of the store leadership team, supervising front-end operations, training and coaching associates, and ensuring friendly, professional service for every customer. This role requires at least 1 year of supervisory experience in a retail environment, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work nights, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year in a supervisory retail role.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proven ability to lead and develop store teams.
• Ability to work a full-time schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all store functions and associates as Manager on Duty.
• Maximize sales through training, coaching, and development of direct reports.
• Promote safety and ensure exceptional customer service at all times.
• Support in recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new associates.
• Coordinate workload planning and front-end scheduling.
