Qualifications

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in off-price, big box, or specialty environments.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a positive and engaging attitude.
• Ability to work full-time including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to move/handle/lift merchandise weighing 40 lbs. or more; able to stand/walk for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all store functions and associates as Manager on Duty.
• Maximize sales through training, development, and coaching of direct reports.
• Promote safety by following company guidelines.
• Cultivate a diverse, team-based culture.
• Handle issues and make informed decisions to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Support Asset Protection strategies to prevent shortage.
• Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new associates.
• Participate in weekly workload planning meetings.
