Burlington Stores is seeking a Full-Time Customer Service Supervisor / Selling Floor Supervisor to join our Raynham, MA store. You will work closely with Store Management in Merchandising, Customer Service, Operations and HR, and lead a team to deliver strong sales and guest experiences.

This role advances career growth within our expanding organization. As a Front End Supervisor, you will supervise operations, recruit and train staff, drive results, and uphold safety and asset protection

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in off-price, big box, or specialty environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a positive, engaging attitude.
• Ability to work a full-time schedule including nights, weekends and holidays as required.
• Ability to move/handle/lift store merchandise weighing 40 lbs or more and stand/walk for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all store functions and associates as Manager on Duty.
• Maximize sales through training, development, and coaching of direct reports.
• Promote safety by adhering to company guidelines.
