Burlington Stores in Melrose Park, IL seeks a Full-Time Customer Service Supervisor or Full-Time Selling Floor Supervisor to lead store functions and drive sales. You will supervise, train, and coach associates as part of the store management team.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in retail or similar environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a positive and engaging attitude.
• Ability to work a full-time schedule including nights, weekends and holidays as required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all store functions and associates while in the role of Manager on Duty.
• Maximize sales results through training, developing, and coaching of direct reports.
• Promote safety for customers and associates by adhering to company guidelines.
• Cultivate a diverse culture based on teamwork and collaboration.
• Resolve issues and supervise front-end operations to ensure exceptional customer service.
• Support Asset Protection strategies to reduce loss.
