Job summary

Burlington Stores in Elgin, IL is seeking a Full-Time Customer Service Supervisor (or Full-Time Selling Floor Supervisor) to join our store leadership team. You will work closely with Store Management in Merchandising, Customer Service, Operations, and Human Resources.

Qualifications

At least 1 year of supervisory experience in off-price, big box, or specialty retail.
Strong interpersonal skills with a positive, engaging attitude.
Able to work a full-time schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
Ability to move/lift up to 40 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.

Responsibilities

Supervise all store functions and associates as Manager on Duty.
Maximize sales results through training, developing, and coaching of direct reports.
Promote safety for customers and associates by adhering to guidelines.
Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new associates.
Participate in weekly workload planning and schedule adherence.
Drive community relations participation through company programs and partnerships.
