Job summary

Burlington Stores in Keizer, OR is seeking a Full-Time Customer Service Supervisor or Full-Time Selling Floor Supervisor to join our store leadership team. You’ll work closely with Store Management in Merchandising, Customer Service, Operations, and Human Resources to drive results and deliver exceptional service.

This role requires at least 1 year of supervisory experience in off-price, big-box, or specialty retail.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in off-price, big box, or specialty environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for team leadership.
• Ability to train, coach, and develop direct reports to drive results.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all store functions and associates while on duty.
• Maximize sales through training, development, and coaching of direct reports.
• Promote safety and adhere to company guidelines for customers and associates.
• Foster a diverse, collaborative culture with teamwork and partnerships.
• Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new associates.
• Coordinate workload planning and schedule adherence.
