As a Manager on Duty, you’ll train staff, promote safety, and help recruit and onboard new associates, with growth opportunities across our expanding organization.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of supervisory experience in off-price or big-box retail.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a positive, engaging attitude.
• Ability to work full-time including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Supervise store functions and associates as Manager on Duty.
• Train, develop, and coach direct reports to maximize sales.
• Ensure safety and adherence to company guidelines.
• Foster a diverse, collaborative culture.
• Resolve issues and supervise front-end operations to deliver exceptional service.
• Support in recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new associates.
• Participate in workload planning and community relations.
• Coordinate meal and break periods and monitor schedule adherence.
