Job summary

Burlington Stores, Inc. is seeking a Full-Time Customer Service Supervisor / Selling Floor Supervisor to join our Madison Heights store. You will work with store management in Merchandising, Customer Service, Operations and HR to lead and develop the team.

This front-end leadership role focuses on coaching direct reports, driving sales, and ensuring safety and quality service. Eligible benefits include medical, dental, vision, and an associate discount, with full-time PTO and holidays per policy.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in off-price/big box or specialty environments.
• Strong interpersonal and customer-facing communication.
• Ability to work a full-time schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to lift 40 lbs. and stand/walk for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all store functions and associates while acting as Manager on Duty.
• Train, develop, and coach direct reports to maximize sales results.
• Promote safety and adhere to company guidelines for customers and associates.
• Foster a diverse culture based on teamwork and collaboration.
• Resolve issues and supervise front-end operations to deliver exceptional service.
