Burlington Stores is seeking a Full-Time Customer Service Supervisor or Full-Time Selling Floor Supervisor in Daytona Beach, FL. You will be part of the store leadership team, overseeing front-end operations and directing associates to deliver exceptional customer service.

The role emphasizes supervision, training, and collaboration with store management to drive results, while promoting safety, diversity, and a positive work environment.

Qualificações

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience within an off-price, big box, or a specialty environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a positive and engaging attitude.
• Ability to work a full-time schedule including nights, weekends and holidays as required.
• Ability to move/lift up to 40 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise all store functions and associates while in the role of Manager on Duty.
• Maximize sales results through training, development, and coaching of direct reports.
• Promote safety for customers and associates by adhering to company guidelines.
