Job summary

Burlington Stores in Lewisville, TX is seeking a Full-Time Customer Service Supervisor or Full-Time Selling Floor Supervisor to join our store leadership team. You will work with Store Management in Merchandising, Customer Service, Operations and Human Resources, leading by example and building strong teams.

As a Retail Front End Supervisor, you will supervise front-end operations, coach associates, drive sales, and promote a safe, inclusive environment.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in an off-price, big-box, or specialty environment.
• Ability to work a full-time schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to move/handle/lift merchandise up to 40 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise store functions and associates as Manager on Duty.
• Train, develop, and coach direct reports to maximize sales results.
• Promote safety by adhering to company guidelines.
• Cultivate a diverse culture based on teamwork and collaboration.
• Resolve issues and ensure exceptional customer service at all times.
• Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new associates.
